DEVICE FEES
Licensee shall pay Via for each Licensed Product Sold or Otherwise Supplied by Licensee during any Year in accordance with the following tables:

Subscription-Based Services
Licensees that Sell or Otherwise Supply Subscription-Based Services shall pay Via license Fees under one of the following two payment options:
Quarterly Payments for Subscription-Based Services (“Quarterly Payment Option”)
Licensee may choose to pay the following amounts for all Subscription-Based Services provided or offered by Licensee during any quarter during the term of the Agreement.

Subscription-Based Service Providers that choose the Quarterly Payment Option shall calculate, report to Via, and pay License Fees based on the number of Subscribers as of the last day of the calendar quarter for which a Quarterly Report is due. The total fee due for the applicable calendar quarter shall be calculated by determining the number of Subscribers at the end of the applicable quarter and multiplying that number by 0.025€.
One-Time Payment for New Subscribers (“One-Time Payment Option”)
Licensee may choose to pay the following one-time payment for new Subscribers

Subscription-Based Service Providers that choose the One-Time Payment Option shall calculate report to Via, and pay License Fees based on the number of new Subscribers as of the last day of the calendar quarter for which a Quarterly Report is due. The total fee due for that quarter shall be calculated by determining the Subscription-Based Services Sold or Otherwise Supplied to a new Subscriber at the end of the applicable quarter and multiplying that number by 0.65€.
Free-To-Air Broadcast Services
Licensee shall pay Via the following amounts for all Free-To-Air Broadcast Services provided or offered by Licensee during any Year during the term of the Agreement:

Free-to-Air Broadcast Service Providers shall calculate, report to Via, and pay annual License Fees based on the number of countries for which its Free-to-Air Broadcasts are targeted. The total fee due for the applicable calendar year shall be calculated by multiplying the number of countries targeted for receiving its Free-to-Air Broadcasts by 5,000€.
Other Services
Licensee shall pay Via the following amounts for all Other Services provided or offered by Licensee during any Year during the term of the Agreement:

The fee owed for Other Services for each calendar quarter during a Year shall be calculated by taking the total number of References during the applicable Year (including the current calendar quarter and all prior calendar quarters during that Year) and paying the corresponding Fee set forth above for the applicable range less any Fees paid hereunder by Licensee for Other Services applicable to any preceding calendar quarter during that same Year.
